Try making your own mayonnaise
Grab a cup that fits well with an immersion blender
1/2 cup avocado oil
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard or ground mustard
Use immersion blender on high for 20-30 seconds and Voila!
Store in the fridge. It will last about 2 weeks.
